The LinguaSap Centre organises language proficiency examinations in English and German.
Sapientia University offers two types of language proficiency exams:
For validation of internationally recognised certificates, the applicant must submit a copy of the certificate to the secretary's office. The validation procedure is free of charge.
LinguaSap language proficiency exams are open to all students who have completed the compulsory language programme.
The dates of the exams are fixed by the LinguaSap Centre, and fall between 1 October and 31 May. The Centre organises 4-5 examination sessions during an academic year.

The language proficiency exam consists of two tests, one written and one oral. The maximum score is 30, which corresponds to level C2. Achieving a minimum score of 15 points qualifies the student for taking the final exam, and corresponds to level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
