The issues of six series of our journal Acta Universitatis Sapientiae (Mathematica, Informatica, Agriculture and Environment, Philologica, Film and Media Studies, Economics and Business) were published by De Gruyter Open.
The independent academic publisher De Gruyter can look back at an over 260 year history. The De Gruyter Group, which includes the publishing houses of De Gruyter Akademie Forschung, Birkhäuser, De Gruyter Mouton, De Gruyter Open, De Gruyter Oldenbourg, and De Gruyter Saur, publishes over 1,300 new titles each year in the humanities, medicine, natural sciences, and law, more than 650 scientific journals.
In December 2013 an agreement was signed between De Gruyter and Sapientia Hungarian University concerning publishing services, which will serve not only our journal but the whole research community, increasing the university's recognition and reputation.
The scientific article signed by Adalbert Balog and his colleagues was published by the journal Scientific Reports.
