Sapientia University uses an electronic educational system for the administration of studies, which also functions as an official communication tool within the university.
All students, members of the teaching staff and employees of the institution with user rights are required to follow daily messages in the Neptun system, and to manage all study records and specific student/teaching/administrative tasks through this interface.

If you have any questions about the use of the Neptune system, please contact the secretaries at the Dean's Offices. If you are unable to sign into the system, you can request a password reset by sending an e-mail to neptunsapientia.ro, indicating your Neptun code (Identifier), your name, faculty and, for students, your study programme.
